When you contact or visit Pets At Rest online, what personal information do we receive about you?

When you contact us via email, the only information we have is your email address unless you volunteer to share more. If you contact us by phone, we would usually ask for your name, home address and a few details about your pet so we can respond to your enquiry.

Tools such as Google Analytics provide us with information that helps us to understand how we are receiving incoming ‘web traffic’, such as what type of device and which internet browser you are using. This helps us improve how we present our online information to best match customers’ preferences.

As well as corresponding with you about the work you may have commissioned from us, we may also send you emails or text messages with information about how our service works, keepsakes catalogue and appointment details.
